Refund Policy for Services

Customers are eligible for refunds under the following conditions:

  • The service(s) must not have been started or completed.
  • The refund request must be initiated within 7 days of service booking.
  • Proof of purchase, such as service confirmation or receipt, is required.
  • The service must be eligible for a refund as per our refund policy.

Please note that certain services may not be eligible for refunds. Refer to our refund policy for more details.

Return Process for Service Cancellations

To initiate a refund or cancellation, customers must follow these steps:

  2. Provide the service booking number, details of the service(s) to be cancelled, and the reason for cancellation.
  3. Once the cancellation request is approved, customers will receive a cancellation authorization number and further instructions.
  4. Our team will inspect the request to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for refunds or cancellations.

Refund Process

Once the cancellation request is approved, the refund process will begin:

  • If the service(s) meet the eligibility criteria, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 8 working days of the cancellation approval.
  • Customers will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
  • Depending on the payment method and financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account.

Please note that service fees are non-refundable if the service has already commenced.

Issues with Service Delivery

If you encounter any issues with the service delivery (e.g., incomplete, unsatisfactory work), please follow these steps:

  2. Provide details of the issue along with supporting documentation, if applicable.
  3. Our team will assess the situation and provide further instructions. If the service is deemed unsatisfactory, a refund or revision will be offered depending on availability.

Please note that service delivery issues must be reported within 7 days of service completion to be eligible for refunds or revisions.

Refund Timelines

Once your cancellation or refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 8 business working days.
